Having recently completed a new round of funding, KAZoART is accelerating very fast. To help us achieve our international development goals, we are looking for our new Country Manager - UK. JOB DESCRIPTION You will work directly with KAZoART Founder, and will be Part of a 10-person team. Your primary responsibilities will include :

1. UK & Non-French artists onboarding and management : Finding and qualifying talented artists in the UK Manage the UK and Non-French artists onboarding on KAZoART and maintaining a great relationship with them Adapt and coordinate all our communications to artists (FAQ, newsletters, …)

2. Manage and supervise our English > French translation processes Translations of day-to-day basic content : Marketing, newsletters, … Supervise our translation agency’s work

3. Manage clients relationships with our UK & non-French speaking clients Answer questions about artists, artworks, order process, by email / phone Supervise logistics from countries outside of France with our foreign artists, especially in the UK More globally, you will participate in KAZoART processes continuous improvement and bring creative ideas to achieve our mission. PROFILE English native speaker, you graduated in Communications, Business, and/or Art History. You have a 2-3 year previous experience, either in the Arts Market and/or Web / e-commerce industry, and : Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to build and maintain a strong and productive relationships with artists and clients Great interest for the Art market Experience in online/phone sales Fluency in French Flexibility and adaptability are key to work in a changing and challenging environment All candidates must be willing to be full-time based in Bordeaux, France (office located in the very heart of the city, Place de la Bourse).
