Job Description
As a Customer Delivery Manager, you are the key driver of customer success - from advanced pre-sales demos to a smooth go-live, and on-going support and enablement. You act as the bridge between complex business operations and our optimization solution, turning real-world constraints, data, and objectives into high-impact decision support.
You are excellent at uncovering what customers actually need, scoping requirements and translating them into the right model and scenarios. You ensure data quality, configure scenarios, analyze solver behavior, showcase results, and drive long-term adoption of the solution.
Missions & Responsibilities
• Identifying client's requirements in his use case context (objectives, constraints, success criteria) and contributing to modeling the client’s problem within our software solutions.
• Collecting, transforming, and qualifying data, and supporting the client in preparing their dataset.
• Building a value-oriented demo and present it to the client.
• Qualifying, diagnosing and resolving requests (usage, data, configuration, interpretation of results).
• Scoping and managing customer onboarding, facilitating project management workshops and driving go-live execution.
• Coordinating actions with technical, product, and sales teams to resolve issues, deliver impact and ensure a great customer experience.
Your Profile
• Higher education degree or Graduate School of Engineering or Business, with a strong interest in data / AI / modeling / processes.
• Experience in consulting, customer success/delivery, and project management.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, data engineering skills, ability to abstract and model business needs and to analyze solutions as an expert user of the technology.
• High level of rigor, autonomy, customer focus, diplomacy and ability to prioritize.
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable leading workshops and presenting results.
• Some programming skills to handle first level customer requests (e.g., in a scripting language, interpreting logs, …).
• Linguistic skills (English, French, …) and excellent communication abilities.
