Feature Team Help Center: Our vision is to guide ManoMano users (sellers, customers) through an end-to-end tailored and unified support experience, easily and proactively providing the right information at the right time of their customer journey.

Our North Star Metric is the % of users reaching the right help with low effort every week.

We target any kind of users looking for support, which can be a MM customer or a seller.

Our product will also be used by sellers and CS agents, receiving qualified requests from customers.

Our users need to:
find the right help easily
have the autonomy to solve their problem
follow their open topics

The team is composed of a Product Manager, 3 FrontEnd developers and 3 BackEnd developers.
