Pony presentation:
Pony is a shared micromobility company with a unique business model.
Pony is the first scheme to decentralise ownership of its vehicles, because we believe shared vehicles should belong to the people who use them. We let any of our users buy our ponies and share their revenue, ensuring that the profits remain in the local economy. We say they ‘adopt’ ponies and we call them ‘pony angels’.
We launched in 2017 as the first European company in the shared micromobility space. Today, we design, produce, and operate bikes and e-scooters across France, Belgium and the UK. What sets us apart is our unique model and our obsession with quality and sustainability.

Job description:
Ideal for a end-of-study internship or a gap year, we are looking for a motivated, passionate and resilient person with excellent people skills to join pony.
As a member of the customer success team, your responsibility will be to help our users with problems they encounter with pony service.

What you will be doing :
– Respond quickly and efficiently to our users’ requests via chat, email and phone
– Find a satisfying solution in difficult situations
– Be the voice of our customer : identify and escalate recurring problems and user feedback to the relevant teams
– Assist in the management of our third-party provider

Preferred skills :
– You have a awesome people skills and you can make a disappointed user smile again
– You are empathetic but can be firm
– You are fluent in French (both spoken and written) and comfortable in English
– You are confident on the phone and like to make calls
– You are driven, with a super high energy and you want to help as many users as possible every day
– You are a fast learner and you can be autonomous
