The company has already closed two successful fundraising campaigns to become the leading SaaS provider for search engine optimization. With offices in Bordeaux and Montreal, OnCrawl currently works with over 800 clients in 66 countries.

OnCrawl is looking for an Event Manager to handle our event strategy, develop our brand awareness on the French and international markets and help us achieve our business objectives.

Your missions

Planning and execution of all company events (OnCrawl Breakfast, OnCrawl Afterwork, team building activities, conferences, trade shows, etc.)
Negotiation of contracts with service providers, signature of specifications, invoicing follow-up, event logistics (travel and accommodation in conjunction with the management assistant), equipment, print, stand and other services necessary for the assembly of our stands
Create and review stand layouts and choose stand locations
Ensure, in collaboration with the marketing team, the promotion of the event upstream (emailing, visuals, social media, paid ads, press release, …) and post event (follow up) and according to a defined calendar
Continuous monitoring of potential events related to our objectives and priority markets
Establish defined processes to improve the planning and implementation of the event internally
Establish conference topics in conjunction with the content manager
Design the incentives stand for each event in collaboration with our PR agency
Plan actions to influence marketing at events in collaboration with our PR agency
Monitor and optimize the event budget
Calculate the ROI of each event in collaboration with the sales team and create dedicated reporting
Plan events on appropriate calendars and internal systems

Based in Mérignac, France
