Job description
We are looking for someone who will develop, build our awareness & image on social networks as well as existing online communities. The collaborative power of communities is critical for the MeshroomVR’s growth. In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, you will participate in the reflection and execution of the social media strategy (community included). Also, you will help us build an influencer network.

Important, you have a significant experience/knowledge in 3D conception in Design (3DS Max, Maya, Rhino, Solidworks, Alias …)

What you will do:

Strategy & Planning:

Work with the head of marketing to define the social media strategy (improve brand awareness, perception, and engagement to be implemented across all channels) and execute the plan.
Manage the social content calendar and work with key stakeholders and external partners to plan, curate and create content to sustain community growth.
Develop and implement an influencer & community strategy in collaboration with the head of marketing
Content & social media:

Create content (texts, images, stories, videos …) for publishing across social channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other channels) and adapted to our targets
Propose original operations for brand awareness and image.
Identify opportunities to create new engaging content as well as to adapt and share already created partnership, PR, news and user-generated content.
Identify key discussion and conversation trends within communities to create new opportunities for content
Communicate and convince digital direct contacts.
Join and create relevant communities (find the best place to bring everyone together.) Animate these communities.
Oversee development of the influencer program.
Develop and manage paid campaigns (SEM)

Measure, track analytics to set KPIs, generate insights and optimize.
Regular reporting
Skills (at least 80%) :

Significant experience/knowledge in 3D conception in Design (3DS MAX, MAYA, RHINO, SOLIDWORKS, ALIAS…)
1 year of experience in social media & community management
Language: Bilingual (English/French)
Copywriting (excellent writing skills in English)
Design (graphics & video)
Customer service
Strong knowledge of social media
Community engagement
Paid social basics
Some Tools you need to know (or similar): Photoshop, google analytics, facebook analytics, hootsuite …
Video editing with adobe premiere will be a plus.
